Cartoon Sedation
In our state-of-the-art facility we provide computer monitors in each room equipped with a complete array of cable channels. We have found that the children prefer the Cartoon Network or Nickelodeon channels. While performing the necessary dental services, the children are in a “sedated” trance which enables us to perform the work. This simple yet very effective modality enables the children to have any procedure done without them hardly knowing what has been done. They don’t even realize that they have been given the anesthetic “The Shot” Through this distraction technique we have found that less referrals to the specialist are needed.
